Cancellation & Refund Policy

Important: All purchases and subscription payments made on PrepAiro are non-refundable.
1. Subscription Plans
PrepAiro offers various subscription options to meet your learning needs:
- Monthly subscription plans
- Quarterly subscription plans
- Annual subscription plans
- One-time purchase packages
Details of each plan, including pricing and features, are displayed at the point of purchase within the app.
2. Billing and Payment
- All payments are processed securely through the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or other approved payment gateways.
- Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- PrepAiro reserves the right to modify subscription prices with advance notice to users.
- Applicable taxes may be added based on your location and local tax regulations.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how:
- Through App Store Settings: Navigate to your device's app store subscription settings to manage or cancel your subscription.
- Through PrepAiro App: Go to Settings > Account > Subscription to manage your subscription.
Important Cancellation Terms:
- Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
- After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current paid period.
- Cancelling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a prorated refund or reimbursement for the unused portion of your subscription.
4. Refund Policy
PrepAiro maintains a strict no-refund policy. We do not provide refunds for:
- Subscription fees already paid
- Unused portions of a subscription period
- One-time purchases or lifetime access packages
- In-app purchases or add-ons
- Dissatisfaction with content or features
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
- Technical issues caused by user's device or network
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a technical error.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a purchase was made without your authorization (subject to verification).
- Extended Service Unavailability: If PrepAiro services were unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our end.
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact us at support@prepairo.ai within 7 days of the transaction. You must provide relevant documentation to support your claim.
6. Free Trial
PrepAiro may offer free trial periods for new subscribers:
- Free trials are available only for new subscribers.
- At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled.
- You must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.
- Trial eligibility is determined at PrepAiro's sole discretion.
7. App Store Purchases
For purchases made through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store:
- Refund requests are subject to the respective app store's refund policies.
- You may contact the app store directly for refund inquiries related to purchases made through their platform.
- Cancellation of subscriptions must be done through the app store's subscription management settings.
8. Changes to This Policy
PrepAiro reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or app. Your continued use of PrepAiro after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
